Product Availability
While we take the utmost care in making sure that each item on our site is available, we cannot guarantee that a particular product will be available when you make your purchase. However, we will notify you via email if an item is out of stock with a future available ship date so that you have the option of cancelling or changing your order or having them shipped to you when they become available.
We also reserve the right to change our offerings without prior notice.
Product Display and Description
We endeavor to display our merchandise as accurately as possible using a 10x zoom digital camera. However, we cannot guarantee that the image (in terms of texture, color and size of merchandise) you see is exactly the same as the actual product given limitations of computer monitors. We are not responsible for the computer monitor limitations of our site users.
We have also made every effort to describe our offerings as accurately as possible. However, there will be occasions when the information presented on our site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies as to size and item availability. As such, we cannot warrant that all the information you see on our site will always be accurate or current.
Any errors, omissions you see on our site are unintentional and we apologize if these erroneous information inadvertently affects your purchase/order.

While we cannot guarantee that loss of data will not occur, we will make every effort to prevent such an unfortunate incident. We have utilized a security technology that protects any information you have entered when you shop with us.
Returns and Refunds
We are proud of our product offerings and want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise for an exchange.
Please note that we do not refund, but are more that happy to exchage your item purchased. Exchanges are for purchase price only and for items that are returned in their original condition. To protect our other clients, we cannot accept returns of merchandise that have already been used.
We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
Shipping
Shipping costs for any returns and reshipments are at the expense of the Purchaser.
